Soul Creative journal circles are a gentle, transformational, nurturing space that provides you time and space to express yourself via thought-provoking prompts, connection with others, creativity, and sharing of stories.
No prior creative experience is needed, just a will to play and explore in a new way.
Liz runs meditation circles, menstrual cycle wisdom circles, and self-discovery circles online throughout the year in blocks.
