Author and space-holder Lynette Allen holds regular circles online, incorporating ritual, ceremony, cacao, and time with incredible women from around the world.
Lynette offers two sister circle 22-day immersions to choose from: ‘Her Words are her Medicine’ and ‘Her Three Aspects’. Both sessions include 18 morning rituals, a copy of her beautiful books Held or Sacred, and an online space for deep exploration.

This circle will see you choosing a beautiful journal and filling it full of words, doodles, pictures, cut outs, poetry and phrases that soothe your heart. You'll be called to release what you've been carrying, reclaim and revel in your sacred wonder, and reveal your next chapter, by letting your pen do the talking for you - you will reveal insights you never knew were in your mind. “When we develop a practice of closing our eyes and writing, we channel sacred words for no-one else to read...they're our personal thoughts released onto paper and the feelings only we know given free passage to unchain all our hurts.”

Her Three Aspects
Gathering all of the women you are, and an opportunity to form a trusting relationship with these aspects. A gift to the younger you; an honouring of the woman you are now; and an invitation to the woman you are yet to become. This programme is designed to give meaning to your past, to make peace with it if you need to, appreciate and honour the woman you are now, and to create, form and hold dear the woman you are yet to become. Daily rituals include making an offering to your younger self, giving her something she didn’t have as a child, painting and journalling and guided meditations.

Experience
Over 25 years of experience in holding space for women. Her ritual circle work started in 2016 with a two-year immersion into plant medicine. She has also worked with shamans from Costa Rica, Peru, Australia, America and Bali and have held that space as a medicine woman for six years.
