Community Circles

Deep listening + thoughtful speech + embodied presence = transformation…
Charlotte offers online circles dedicated to deep listening and thoughtful speech.
The circles offer the opportunity to take a step back from everyday life into an altogether different space. “In circle, we share what’s on our minds and hearts in an atmosphere of acceptance and inclusivity, and are nourished by the stories and experiences of others,” says Charlotte.
Circles begin with a guided practice to help transition from everyday life. There is then an introduction and explanation of the guidelines, after which the space is opened for participants to share whatever they’d like to give voice to.
Charlotte runs two circles - the Community Circle, which is open to all, and the Women’s City Circle, which is framed around the intention to create a midweek space for women who work in a corporate environment.
“In the Women’s City Circle, we acknowledge it can feel challenging to find and maintain connection with ourselves and our needs in a corporate world which has been built around traditionally masculine values,” says Charlotte. “This circle provides a supportive community of women in which you can reconnect, realign and find new ways to express yourself as you move through the week. By gathering in circle, we can begin to shift the landscape towards a more balanced approach to leadership, working and relating in the workplace.”
