A five-week women's connection circle

Week 1-3: Delving into Self and Connection

In the heart of a tranquil yurt, we'll gather as a circle of women, embracing the power of deep sharing, attentive listening, and introspective exploration. Over the first three weeks, we'll create a sacred space where authenticity flourishes. Through guided meditation, rituals, and open discussions, we'll peel back the layers, inviting our innermost selves to be seen and accepted without judgment. Each week brings us closer to the core of who we are, fostering connections that resonate beyond words.

Week 4: The Innerdance Experience

As we enter Week 4, prepare for a profound shift within. The Innerdance, a shamanic journey guided by evocative music, beckons us to move through varying brainwave states. This isn't conventional dance; it's a soulful exploration of embodiment, heart-opening, and healing. No dance or meditation experience is required—every woman can benefit. With eyes closed, under the embrace of the music, you'll journey within your own self-created sanctuary. Supported by gentle facilitation, you'll be encouraged to embrace the depths of your personal journey, allowing for potential trauma release, insights, and a realignment of self.

Week 5: Celebration, Integration, and Rebirth

Returning to the circle in the final week, our shared journey finds culmination in celebration and integration. We'll gather around the warm glow of a fire ceremony, a symbol of transformation and renewal. The cacao ceremony will guide us to connect heart-to-heart, while honoring the sacredness of our individual paths. This holistic experience brings our weeks of exploration together, embodying the lessons learned, the connections formed, and the transformation achieved. Through this process, we celebrate the fullness of who we are, nurtured by the collective energy of our circle.
