When women gather to tell their stories something magical happens. The burden of isolation, which so easily falls upon us in motherhood, is lifted.
No-one sits in circle and says things to impress or deceive. There is no bragging or dismissing, they bring themselves fully and give voice to their authentic selves.
In circle, you are accepted as you are, your stories are safe and protected.
Motherhood Circles
A child-free space for quiet contemplation, and to be heard. When our voice is so often lost amongst the din and chaos, this motherhood circle gives you a chance to carve out space to meet your own needs, where nothing is expected of you, but where you are seen and valued for everything you are.
These calm and compassion-filled circles will be held fortnightly at my home in Churchdown, and are suitable for women at any stage of their motherhood journey. They are also not solely focused on our role as mother, because we are much more than this one part of our story.

Mother and Baby Circles
A supportive, compassionate, nurturing space where you can be yourself. So often mum and baby groups can feel daunting, full of judgment and rivalry. Circle is not that kind of space, there is no judgment and no advice-giving. It is a space to come and give voice to your experience, be heard and seen and held by the women around you.
While you are able to bring your babies, know that this is a space primarily for you. It is not a baby group, rather it is a woman’s circle where you can bring your pre-crawling baby.
