My circles for women offer a sacred space in which to connect, receive and share. I create a welcoming supportive environment which invites women to tune into themselves more deeply, hear the internal whispers that wish to be spoken and to feel nurtured and supported in whatever you bring to the space.
Each circle weaves a subtle theme with an invitation for contemplation or speaking to and our gatherings are an opportunity to speak into the space either something connected to the theme or something completely unrelated that you wish to be seen and heard in.
You will be offered a seasonal tea or cool drink and each circle includes some form of grounding practice such as a breathwork or meditation.
Depending on the theme and season we might share a reading or poem and in some circles I will offer a couple of journal prompts with space for you to write.
All aspects of circle are invitational and you only participate in what feels right for you at the time.
Having been a yoga and meditation teacher for many years with more and more women coming to classes and events I started to sense that there was a hunger amongst women to gather differently, which was my sign to add circle as another way of bringing us together.
While women have gathered in circles since time began there is a collective call for a modern day resurgence to remember and rejoice in the depth of wisdom and magic that is shared when we gather in this way.
I love creating nurturing spaces that are warm and welcoming, where women have a soft place to land in their wild, wise and beautiful uniqueness.

Location
Pineholt Village Hall, Hucclecote, Gloucestershire, GL3 3SN. Circles are easily accessible to people in areas to the east of Gloucester, Hucclecote, Barnwood, Brockworth, Churchdown, Longlevens. The venue is also close to junction 11A of the M5 making it easily accessible to those in or around Cheltenham or Stroud areas.
