Moya Slade, founded The Nest in September 2021 to fulfil a dream of helping other women on their journey to wellbeing and discovering the path to their true selves.

The Nest exists to help women at a time in their lives when they need a soft place to land, a place to breathe and recuperate. Encouraging them to connect with their true selves in a safe place, while being fully supported by a dedicated team of women.

“I am a complete nature addict,” says Moya. “Whether walking in the countryside surrounding our home or along the cliffs and beaches of my family home in North Cornwall. I love yoga, mindfulness and pilates, walking my black lab ‘Elsa’, reading, cooking, and being with my family and friends.”

The Nest Sharing Circle

Join Moya in the ancient healing practice of coming together in circle. Gather at the tranquil Barn Studio, which is nestled in a quiet corner of her private farmland, in the beautiful Kent Countryside.
