Women’s Circle by Amélie

Amélie Thévenet

A safe space of sisterhood and community to enable you to tune in, listen to your heart, share and replenish your energy

Amélie’s circles offer the chance to take a moment for yourself, to pause and reflect. They are an opportunity to feel what’s going on inside, being witnessed in your authenticity and vulnerability.

By tuning into the power of your heart and womb, you are able to nurture your energy and feel supported, grounded, and nourished.

Circles include gentle body movements, guided meditation, times to share and listen, and a final moment of relaxation with a shamanic drum journey. These are only invitations and you only participate in what feels right for you at the time.

Amélie loves drumming during meditations and relaxation times. Shamanic drumming helps to be grounded, connecting to yourself and being truly present.

In-person sessions are run from a beautiful room in the School of Meditation in London, a safe space where people have meditated daily for more than 60 years, giving to the building a strong grounding and beautiful vibe.
